Borders by South 65th Street, National Avenue and Greenfield Avenue, the property consists of four buildings with 178 apartments and three commercial spaces with a total of 6,700 square feet of space. The property also has a clubhouse and fitness center.

Trike Property Management plans to move its offices from 4125 N. Richards St. in Milwaukee to occupy 4,200 square feet of the commercial space at the Six Points complex, said Michael Askotzky, owner of Trike Property Management.

The Six Points Apartments are attractive because of their location in downtown West Allis near the city’s farmers market, with close proximity to downtown Milwaukee, Wauwatosa and the freeway, Askotzky said.

“We think it’s a great area, we think it’s a great property,” he said. “We think the Six Points area is an exciting neighborhood. We’re getting great feedback from existing and potential tenants. We’re glad to add it ot our portfolio. It’s just a great location.”
