A River Hills ophthalmologist purchased a 32,000-square-foot office building in the Town of Brookfield for $3 million.
Richard Stone, 1965 W. Fairy Chasm Road, purchased 20633 Watertown Court, from Goerke’s Park LLP, according to state records.
The two-story building is two blocks west of Barker Road, near Goerkes Corners.
