Tom Heinrich

Greenfire Management Services, LLC, Milwaukee, has promoted Tom Heinrich to senior estimator.

Heinrich has nearly 20 years of experience in managing construction projects from concept to completion. His extensive resume includes projects within the retail, residential, automotive, commercial and industrial markets. His successful track record of project responsibilities include predevelopment, budget projections, project bidding, design process monitoring, project management & close-out and scheduling.

“Tom joined the preconstruction team about two years ago, and has been instrumental in both maintaining existing and developing new client relationships,” said Jeb Meier, Vice President of Preconstruction at Greenfire Management Services. “Tom brings a comprehensive preconstruction and project management background that is very beneficial to Greenfire as we continue grow.”

Heinrich received his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Since it was formed in 2010 as a subsidiary of the Potawatomi Business Development Corporation (PBDC), Greenfire has grown into a leading construction management and owner representation firm. Greenfire’s portfolio includes major construction projects for some of the Midwest and Wisconsin’s most successful property developers, as well as the Forest County Potawatomi Tribe.

Greenfire currently has 25 employees and currently has an opening for a superintendent and a project engineer.
