Toldt plans $10 million apartment development in West Allis

Told Development Inc. plans to build two apartment buildings, with a total of 115 units, on a 2.6-acre site southwest of West National Avenue and South 66th Street in West Allis.

The $10 million project will be the second phase of Toldt’s Six Points/Farmers Market redevelopment project in West Allis.

The two apartment buildings will be connected by a parking deck, according to plans submitted to the city. There will be 128 underground parking stalls and 138 surface parking stalls.

The project will be reviewed today by the West Allis Plan Commission.
