Time Warner Cable Business Class will move to Schlitz Park

Time Warner Cable Business Class will move from the main Time Warner Cable building at 1320 N. Main Luther King Jr. Drive in downtown Milwaukee to the Keghouse building in the Schlitz Park complex, located at 111 W. Pleasant St.

Time Warner Cable Business Class will occupy 16,000 square feet of office space in the Keghouse building and will have 80 employees there.

The main Time Warner Cable building downtown is the former Commerce Street Power Plant and was renovated and developed by Brewery Works, the development and management company that leads Schlitz Park. Time Warner Cable moved to that building from Schlitz Park in 2001.

“Our relationship with Time Warner Cable goes back 25 years, and we’re thrilled to have them back at Schlitz Park,” Said Gary Grunau, Schlitz Park’s co-developer.  “Their move reflects our investment and commitment to create a dynamic office community that brings out the best in tenants whether at work or play.”

“We looked at several locations before selecting Schlitz Park as the new home for 80 of our Business Class employees,” said Michael Daly, vice president, real estate and facilities, Time Warner Cable. “We’re very pleased with the facility and the amenities it provides. In addition, the location is great because it keeps us downtown allowing us to better serve the Milwaukee business community.”

Time Warner Cable Business Class joins Schools That Can Milwaukee, which moved into the Keghouse last summer. There is now 5,000 square feet of available space in the 50,000 square-foot building.
