Time Investment Co. to move HQ to downtown West Bend

Time Investment Co. recently purchased a 15,042-square-foot building at 100 N. 6th Ave. in downtown West Bend. The company plans to move its headquarters, including 40 employees, from its current location at 929 N. River Road on the east side of West Bend to the downtown building.
Kurt Klapperich of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller in brokering the sale of the building.
The building was most recently used as an office building by Claim Management Services Inc., a division of Wellpoint Corp. Originally, the building was West Bend’s City Hall and also housed the city’s police and fire departments.
