Southridge Mall in Greendale announced that it will add a Tilly’s store and Teavana and Panda Express restaurants this fall.
The Tilly’s store will occupy 7,000 square feet of space on the lower level of the mall near Macy’s. It will be the first location for the retailer in the Milwaukee area. Tilly’s is a specialty retailers in the action sports industry carrying closing, shoes and accessories for surf, skate and motocross enthusiasts.
Teavana will be located on the upper level of the mall in a 900-square-foot space near the center court. Teavana is the combination of a tea bar where customers can order a variety of different teas, and a retail store selling fine loose leaf tea and tea-related merchandise such as tea pots, gifts and accessories.
Panda Express, an Asian restaurant chain, will be located in a 2,593-square-foot building that will be located in an outlot of the mall’s parking lot. The site was formerly occupied by a Leath Furniture store building, which was torn down.
In addition the Buckle store in the mall will move in November to a new 5,000-square-foot space on the lower level near Macy’s. The store is currently located in the mall’s upper level near center court.
