SU Real Estate Group LP, led by Michael Polaski of SURG Restaurant Group, purchased a 119-year-old building at 216 N. Water St., Milwaukee, from Dupah LLC for $615,000. Centanni, a piano bar owned by SURG, is located in the building.
The five-story building has 12,700 square feet of space, so the sale was worth $48.43 per square foot.
The deal was brokered by Jeno Cataldo of Milwaukee-based Prowess Real Estate Companies LLC.
