The Rock, Wheaton Franciscan, Midwest Orthopedic announce partnership

Three organizations in Franklin – The Rock Sports Complex, Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare – Franklin, and Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital (MOSH) – have announced a new partnership to promote safety and provide health tips for all athletes and guests that visit The Rock.

 
“We want to ensure that all sports enthusiasts at The Rock Sports Complex are taking care of their bodies to avoid injury,” said Eric Pifel, MD, an orthopedic surgeon with MOSH and Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare. “Should an injury occur, we provide convenient access to comprehensive medical care, and can work with them to help avoid further injury.”

The Rock and MOSH began hosting Tuesday injury assessment clinics on Tuesday, Jan. 7. Wheaton Franciscan and MOSH will provide free injury assessments every Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at The Rock lodge.
