Words to live by: "If you put in the work, the results will come." Simple, but true.

What is your core philosophy for doing business? Be honest, be yourself, keep you’re your ears open, and don’t be afraid of the hard work and dedication needed to achieve your goals.

Who is your role model and why? My role model is Richard D. Winters, the former United States Army officer that commanded Company E of the 2nd Battalion, 506thh Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division during World War II. His heroics, courage and ability to lead his company in battle are inspiring.

What was the funniest thing that ever happened to you? When I was 14, I went to hunt on a neighbor’s property after school. While putting up my tree stand, I wedged my knee in the crotch of a tree about 8 feet off the ground. I was stuck. After what seemed like an eternity and a lot of yelling, I finally got the neighbor’s attention. He and his family (everybody wanted to see what the commotion was) were able to assist in freeing me. To this day, it is a topic of discussion every time I see them."
