What does your daily or weekly fitness regimen consist of?
Excercise bike for 30 minutes 5 times per week. Weight lifting 2 times per week. Play volleyball on Thursday nights.

I have more energy and have more confidence.
How does personal fitness affect your work life?
I am a benefit advisor working with employers in offering their employees health care and other fringe benefits. In the end I am selling health and the first step toward good health is wellness.

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?
We engage in activities to promote an active lifestyle with our staff. This includes starting our Monday morning meeting with stretching and participation in ongoing wellness activities.
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
Do not be deceived into fads or quick fix diets. Wellness is not a New Year’s resolution but a lifelong journey and commitment. It is the right thing to do for your self and your associates. It is never to late too start today.
