CatCon Whitewater LLC plans to build an 18-unit student apartment complex at 234 N. Prince St. in Whitewater. The building would have 17 4-bedroom units and one 2-bedroom unit, with a total capacity for 70 student residents. The site is just west of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater campus.
