The property is located southwest of the intersection of Fond du Lac and North avenues. Vasquez is planning a $45,000 renovation of the building. He will to open a clothing store, called Attitudes, in the first floor retail space of the 105-year-old building, and will remodel second floor residential unit into a three-bedroom flat. The total project cost is estimated at $45,000.
