What does your daily or weekly fitness regimen consist of?

Running 30 minutes x 3-4 days, biking approx 25 miles a week during warmer seasons, weight lifting 2x per week. Also, eating foods lower in fat, but just a little chocolate now and then.

What fitness clubs do you belong to, if any?

None

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?

Keeps my mind clear and focused, makes me a better husband and dad because of my elevated energy, and it keeps me optimistic about a long, fulfilling life.

How does personal fitness affect your work life?

I think I’m able to be a good example for those who get run down and have let bad habits affect their ability to stay balanced and on track. Yet, I am impressed with the health of our clients, overall. Most incorporate fitness into their weekly routines.

Do you have a corporate health or wellness initiative?

No

What health/wellness organizations do you contract with, if any?

none

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?

Being healthy sets a higher standard for our clients and shows them that we practice what we teach…to make a difference and grow you need to be at your best, mentally and physically.

What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?

This is your time! The rewards are far greater than you could measure in dollars and cents. Staying healthy is the greatest benefit to those you love and will be a real encouragement to everyone around you.
