CCB Technology, Racine, has named Steve Scherer as vice president of sales, overseeing both the inside sales and field account executive teams.
Scherer joined CCB in 2013 as the director of sales training and recruitment, and in 2017 became director of corporate sales. His dedication to delivering quality solutions to CCB’s customers led to his personal involvement in developing a number of top local accounts.
“I don’t want my team to focus on sales,” Scherer said. “I want them to focus on people – building genuine relationships and helping them get the right tools needed to increase their success.”

As vice president of sales, Scherer will cast the vision for the department with a focus on team management, daily operations and the delivery of high quality IT solutions and services to customers on a local and national basis.
