What does your daily or weekly fitness regimen consist of?
I try and workout every weekday morning before work, but sometimes travel and meetings interfere with the morning workouts. I try to go at least 3 to 4 times a week.

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?
My productivity at work is greatly enhanced. I notice between the days I work out and the days that I don’t, I get sleepy in the afternoon on the days I do not work out. I also enjoy golf, skiing and other activities and being fit has certainly helped keep me active, although it never seems to lower the golf score!
How does personal fitness affect your work life?
It is very hard to juggle fitness and my work/travel schedule. I am just too tired after work to go the gym so I found mornings work the best for me.
Do you have a corporate health or wellness initiative?
No
What health/wellness organizations do you contract with, if any?
Fitness should always play a larger role in the organization, but getting people to do it and stick with it is always hard.
