The Wisconsin State Senate will convene at 12 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 19, for the special session called by Gov. Scott Walker to delay changes to BadgerCare.
The state assembly passed the delay in BadgerCare enrollment changes by a 64-32 margin on Dec. 4.
