Stan’s Fit For Your Feet will rebrand its two New Balance Milwaukee stores as Goodmiles Running Company next year. The stores are located in Greenfield at 7405 W. Layton Ave. and in Brookfield at 17155 W. Bluemound Road. They will be renamed as of Jan. 2. As part of the rebrand, the stores will feature an expanded selection of performance running shoe brands, running gear and apparel. "For over 20 years we have strongly endorsed New Balance shoes and apparel with New Balance Stores, and we will continue to at Goodmiles Running Company," said Megan Sajdak, marketing director at Stan's Fit For Your Feet. "But research and technology has really expanded the running shoe industry and we want to be able to offer more top tier brands to Milwaukee’s running and walking fans in addition to our New Balance shoe options." In addition to still carrying New Balance, the two new Goodmiles Running Company stores will carry numerous other brands including Hoka, On Running, Brooks, Altra, Oofos and  Feetures. Founded in 1950, the Milwaukee-based footwear retailer currently operates four brick-and-mortar locations, in Brookfield, Glendale, Greenfield and Illinois. Stan's Brookfield location at The Plaza includes Goodmiles Running Co. and The Vionic Store; its Greenfield location at Layton Plaza also includes Goodmiles Running Co. Stan's expanded its footprint into Illinois earlier this year with the acquisition of Waxberg’s Walk Shoppe in Niles, a village located northeast of O’Hare International Airport. Stan's is in its second and third generations of family ownership and leadership, with president and CEO Jim Sajdak at the helm. Sajdak’s four adult children are involved in the family business and have all earned their certified pedorthist credentials. Andy serves as director of operations; David is director of merchandising; Megan is director of marketing; and Ben is director of community outreach.
