ST. JOSEPH- Town to seek mitigation funds for municipal services

    The Town of St. Joseph will apply for River Crossing mitigation funds to pay for a facilities plan on potential wastewater treatment and municipal services in Houlton. The application will be forwarded to the Highway 64 Coalition, which, along with the St. Croix Crossing Growth Management Advisory Team, is a key gatekeeper for mitigation funding related to the $600 million River Crossing bridge project.
