Mequon-based Spectrum Investment Advisors will host its 9th Annual Retirement Plan Investment Seminar on Wendesday, June 18, from 8:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at Country Springs Hotel, 2810 Golf Road in Pewaukee.
Among the featured speakers is Jeff Skiles, co-pilot of U.S. Airways Flight 1549, “Miracle on the Hudson.” Skiles will discuss how training, preparation and teamwork led to good decision making in a key moment.
Sharon Carson, vice president, JP Morgan Guide to Retirement, will speak about retirement planning. Carson has more than 20 years of experience in financial services, and specializes in explaining complex topics like social security, health care and retirement income investment strategies.
Bruce Johnstone, CFA, senior marketing investment strategist at Fidelity Investments, will give an economic and financial markets review. He is a managing director at Fidelity and provides retail and institutional education.
