LBAH II LLC recently purchased Marina Road Apartments, a 37-unit apartment complex at 3303-05 Marina Road, South Milwaukee, from Chase Bank for $1.175 million. LBAH is led by a local investor who owns other multifamily properties in the Milwaukee area. Patrick Gallagher and Matson Holbrook of Siegel-Gallagher handled the sale for the seller.
