What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of?
"I have been running/cycling for about 7-8 years. When healthy I usually average about 30-40 miles per week running and add several days of cycling/cross training depending upon the season."

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?
"Helped me focus on achieving goals and being satisfied with making the best effort possible."

How does personal fitness affect your work life?
"I feel like I have more energy and it allows me to better deal with the stress/complications associated with work."

Do you have a corporate health or wellness initiative?
"No."

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?
"We are in the early stages of implementing a wellness initiative company-wide."

What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
"Don’t wait for tommorrow and be flexible. Don’t let your wellness routine run your life. Wellness is a long term commitment not a momentary fad."
