Since May 2015, between 200 and 400 construction workers have arrived daily in the Town of Brookfield to work on The Corners of Brookfield, a mixed-use development at I-94 and Barker Road.
Since then, massive amounts of concrete have been poured and the pieces of the retail puzzle have been put together.
By spring 2017, the 750,000-square-foot development, which will include 244 luxury apartments by Mandel Group, and several first-in-market retailers including Von Maur, L.L. Bean, Arhaus and Scout & Molly will be open to the public.
