Snap-on buys former M.G. Design building in Pleasant Prairie

An affiliate of Kenosha-based Snap-on Inc. bought a roughly 121,000-square-foot industrial building in Pleasant Prairie’s LakeView Corporate Park from Zilber Property Group, according to state records. The building at 8778 100th St was previously home to trade show exhibit building M.G. Design Associates Corp, which shutdown in 2018. Zilber bought the building in August 2019

An affiliate of Kenosha-based Snap-on Inc. bought a roughly 121,000-square-foot industrial building in Pleasant Prairie’s LakeView Corporate Park from Zilber Property Group, according to state records. The building at 8778 100th St was previously home to trade show exhibit building M.G. Design Associates Corp, which shutdown in 2018. Zilber bought the building in August 2019 for $6.84 million. The 7.1-acre property has an assessed value of $8.3 million. Snap-on Logistics paid $9.2 million to acquire the property. "The space was acquired by Snap-on to allow room for growth, furthering the company's commitment to the greater Kenosha area. Plans for the property will be announced in the coming months," the company said in a statement.
