The Paranet Group, a professional association for owners and managers of manufacturing companies recently held a strategic planning session for its members, hosted by Lakeside Manufacturing in Milwaukee. In addition to planning workshops, the day included the inspirational story of Blaise Winter who overcame a variety of physical and mental challenges to play 11 years in the NFL including two seasons with the Green Bay Packers.
