Green Bay Packers president Mark Murphy made some news at the Milwaukee Press Club’s Newsmaker Luncheon Wednesday, when he predicted quarterback Brett Favre would announce later this week that he will return for another season. Murphy answered questions from a panel of Milwaukee journalists at Joey Buona’s in downtown Milwaukee.
