The Silver Spring Golf & Banquet Center and the Mequon Country Club are for sale, Milwaukee-based Siegel Gallagher Inc. announced. Siegel-Gallagher and Links Capital Advisors Inc. are marketing the properties.
Silver Spring Golf & Banquet Center, located at N56 W21318 Silver Spring Dr. in Menomonee Falls, is on the market for $5.3 million.
Mequon Country Club, located at 12400 N. Ville Du Parc Dr., Mequon, is on the market for $3.25 million.
Spring Spring has 36 holes and banquet space for groups of up to 1,000 guests.
Mequon Country Club has 27 holes, a swimming pool and six tennis courts.
Siegel-Gallagher and Links Capital Advisors are also marketing the Meadowbrook Country Club in Mt. Pleasant for sale.
