Aurora Health Care and the Sheboygan Area School District now have the necessary permit approvals from the City of Sheboygan to begin construction of a new surgical center at the Field of Dreams site and replacement fields across the street.
The City Plan Commission on Tuesday, Aug. 11, voted unanimously in favor of granting Conditional Use Permits to the two organizations. The Common Council Chambers were packed with community members for the meeting, some of whom spilled over into the hallway of the meeting room.
