A registered patent attorney, Delsman focuses his intellectual property law practice on litigation, counseling and procurement. Delsman has prosecuted numerous patents and trademarks, including representing clients before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and has served as counsel on lawsuits in jurisdictions throughout the country. Delsman is also an author and speaker on the interplay of intellectual property law and the Internet.
