Sensenbrenner pins hopes on courts to wipe out Obamacare

U.S. Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner (R-Menomonee Falls) believes the best hope for repealing national health care reform is through the courts.
Sensenbrenner, who participated in a panel discussion on the constitutionality of "Obamacare" at the National Press Club, said any legislative effort to repeal the law would be vetoed by President Barack Obama.
"In my opinion, judicial action is the only way to stop Obamacare, at least until Jan. 30, 2013," Sensenbrenner said. "The reason for that is political action will be impossible, even if the Republicans win control of both houses of Congress in the November election."
