Vero Beach, Fla. Harbor Retirement Associates plans to build a senior living facility which would provide both assisted living and memory care in the 1100 block of East Capitol Drive, Shorewood Village Manager Chris Swartz said.
The site was formerly the location of the Pig n’ Whistle and Riverbrook restaurants, as well as an apartment complex. The site is on Shorewood’s western entry corridor adjacent to the Milwaukee River.
