Wauwatosa-based Selzer-Ornst Construction Company announced that it has acquired Wisconsin Redevelopment LLC. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. Wisconsin Redevelopment is a full-service real estate development and consulting company known for leveraging state and federal tax credits for its affordable housing projects and repurposing of historic buildings. The firm's Milwaukee projects include Welford Sanders Historic Lofts at 2812 N. 5th St., Johnson Park Lofts at 2222 N. 19th Street and Silver City Townhomes at South 35 St. Another one of its premier projects, Historic Manitowoc Place, is located at 204 N. 8th St. in Manitowoc. The acquisition of Wisconsin Redevelopment will allow Selzer-Ornst to offer clients predevelopment and development services, including but not limited to land acquisition, facility consultation and real estate consultation, Matthew Tadisch, Selzer-Ornst owner and chief executive officer said in a statement. “We couldn’t be more excited to acquire ownership in Wisconsin Redevelopment,” Tadisch said. “Their long tradition of expertise and service excellence will only further enhance our client experience through the life cycle of their projects.”
