Securitas moves local office from West Allis to downtown Milwaukee

Securitas Security Services USA Inc. recently moved its Milwaukee area office from the Summit Place complex at 6737 W. Washington St., West Allis, to the Wells Fargo Plaza building at 735 W. Wisconsin Ave.
Securitas is occupying the entire 11th floor, or about 7,794 square feet of space in Wells Fargo Plaza, which has a total of 89,800 square feet of space, and about 20,000 square feet is vacant. The company has 14 employees working in the office.
The building is owned by Milwaukee-based Zilber Ltd.
Securitas was represented by Marianne Burish and Dan Mickelson of Siegel-Gallagher in brokering the lease.
Securitas is a security company with more than 450 local branch managers and more than 100,000 security officers around the country.
