Fieena Zvenyach, who has been president of IBC since 1990, will remain as owner, chief executive officer and chief financial officer. “This completes the management transition plan we announced back in December of 2020,” said Zvenyach. "I’m excited about the plans Scott and his leadership team have been developing to move IBC Engineering Services, Inc. to even greater levels of success.” The company also promoted several management team members to principals including: Thomas King, Keith Orlowski and Mike Roller. Amber Burke, director of marketing and business development and Colleen Hoffmann, senior mechanical project manager, will remain on the leadership team. “These changes are part of IBC’s leadership succession planning, and the new appointments are timely in this current climate, as a strengthened leadership bench will enable us to collectively navigate these challenges and prepare for the long-term growth of the company,” the company said in a news release.
