    Do you plan to make any changes in your company in the coming months? “We plan to hire additional staff and will need cubicles, phones, computers, and other equipment/supplies.”

    Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them? “Brian Cahill, attorney at Gass, Weber, Mullins. An experienced trial lawyer/litigator that totally understands business.”

    What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months? “Outlook is excellent. Our clients serve the baby boomers and people covered under the State of Wisconsin Medicaid BadgerCare Plus program. Both populations are significantly growing every day.”

    What is your company’s most important growth strategy right now? “This is the third company we’ve owned and managed that is a Future 50 award winner (KeyLink Solutions & Abri Health Plan). Our growth strategy has always been to invest in our employees to allow them to provide the best service possible to our clients. We have fun together. We allow for a very flexible family/work life balance, and we are very transparent with our team.”
