SBA accepts nominations for awards

Nominations are being accepted for the 2013 Wisconsin Small Business Administration (SBA) Business Awards.

The awards will honor Wisconsin’s growing small businesses. The deadline for nominations is Oct. 12.
The award categories include: Small Business Person of the Year; Small Business Exporter of the Year; SBA Young Entrepreneur of the Year; Entrepreneurial Success; Jeffrey Butland Family Owned Small Business; Emerging Small Business Person; and Small Business Champions of the Year.
The Champions will include Women in Business Champion; Minority Small Business Champion; Veteran Small Business Champion; Small Business Legal Assistance (Wisconsin Award); Home Based Business Champion; Financial Services Champion; Small Business Development Center Service Excellence and Innovation Center Award; and Women’s Business Center of Excellence Award
