Samuel England has been named Director of Human Resources at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino. In his new role, he will drive the direction of the department, leading recruitment, advancing employee performance and formulating departmental strategies.
England has an extensive background in human resources both inside and outside of gaming. Before coming to Potawatomi Hotel & Casino, he was the Director of Human Resources at Seneca Resorts and Casinos in southwestern New York.
“With more than a decade of experience serving as Human Resources Director, Samuel has proven himself to be an indispensable asset to the organizations he has served and will certainly be a great resource at Potawatomi,” said Rodney Ferguson, Chief Operating Officer at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino. “He’s the perfect person to elevate our human resources initiatives, practices and procedures.”
England received his undergraduate degree in Communication from the University of Colorado Denver and subsequently earned his Master of Business Administration from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, OK.
