Calson Group LLC purchased a 25,964-square-foot building at 13255 W. Hampton Ave., Brookfield, from Hampton Metcalf LLC.

GCW Capital LLC purchased a 23,000-square-foot industrial building at N118 W18439 Bunsen Dr., Germantown, from John and Sara Evans Living Trust.

Lt. Ray Dickop Post No. 36 of the American Legion purchased a 5,400-square-foot office building at 712 Park Ave., West Bend, from Hartford LLC.

KUGI LLC purchased a 1.26-acre lot on Wisconsin Street in West Bend from Forward Real Estate LLC.

Cushman & Wakefield

Bridge Development Partners recently acquired a 200-acre parcel at Highway 142 and I-94 and then sold the property to Uline, which plans to build a 1 million-square-foot distribution center and a 50,000-square-foot office building there. As part of the sale agreement with Uline, Bridge Development will complete site infrastructure improvements, including roads, sewer and water. Bridge Development also plans to develop an additional 300 acres adjacent to the Uline property.

Office Service Company LLP purchased 24,000 square feet of space at 4545 W. Burnham St., West Milwaukee, from Samuel Check Family Trust.
