Colliers Barry
- Women’s Care Center Inc. purchased the 3,700-square-foot former Blue Dawg Bagels building at 1441 N. Farwell Ave. on Milwaukee’s east side from U.S. Bank for $250,000. The sale was brokered by David Barry and Max Yokosh of Colliers Barry. The building has been vacant for several years.
