Ryan leaves door open to VP bid

U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Janesville) is not ruling joining the eventual Republican presidential candidate’s ticket as a vice presidential nominee.
“I have no clue,” said the House Budget Committee chairman Thursday during a wide-ranging breakfast discussion with national reporters hosted by the Christian Science Monitor.  “I mean…that’s somebody else’s decision. That’s a long time from now. It’s kind of like a bolt of lightning striking you. So what’s the point in thinking about that? I’ve got a lot to do right now, I’m really busy. …I’d cross that bridge when I got to it if it ever came.”
