What does your daily or weekly fitness regimen consist of?
2-4 days a week of strength and cardiovascular training. 80% of my fitness is nutrition. When I can’t workout I monitor my nutrition intake to maintain lean body mass and keep calories at maintenance so I do not gain fat mass.
What fitness clubs do you belong to, if any?
I own a wellness center.
Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?
When an individual takes care of themselves they feel better, look better, and inspire others to do the same. My passion is to educate and inspire others to reach their health and wellness goals by providing solutions that fit their life and they can sustain. This is the recipe for ultimate success.
How does personal fitness affect your work life?
By staying fit I can keep a balance in my life. I keep my energy and focus levels up. This positively affects my ability to work.
