Russ Darrow Automotive Group plans to build a 20,000-square-foot Nissan dealership on a seven-acre site on the north side of West Metro Boulevard and west of North 107th Street on the far northwest side of Milwaukee.
Metro Boulevard has become a major auto dealership cluster. The site for the Russ Darrow Nissan dealership is located between Bergstrom Chevrolet and Bergstrom Fiat dealerships and is across the street from a Heiser Toyota dealership and a Carmax Auto Superstore.
Russ Darrow plans to move its Nissan dealership at 9201 W. Brown Deer Road, Milwaukee, to the new building.
In 2008 Russ Darrow Group announced plans to build a new Honda dealership on the site and was going to move its Honda dealership from 9301 W. Brown Deer Road, Milwaukee, to the site. However, those plans fell through during the Great Recession.
