WHAT HAS FUELED YOUR COMPANY’S GROWTH? Our continued success is a direct result to two things: setting goals and having the right people on board.  At the end of every year our management team meets and sets attainable goals for the upcoming year. Once our goals are determined, we meet with the members of our team to discuss these goals and together we figure out ways to accomplish them. Setting direct goals and having them all laid out to the organization and our team on a weekly basis is the key to being where we are today.

WHAT IS THE BIGGEST OBSTACLE TO YOUR COMPANY’S GROWTH? The biggest obstacle we face in the Information Technology industry is staying ahead of the curve. The industry is constantly evolving with new technology. Our engineers have an immense passion for the work they do.  We don’t just embrace these obstacles, but look forward to the changes we face.

DO YOU PLAN ANY CHANGES IN YOUR COMPANY IN THE UPCOMING MONTHS? River Run is constantly looking for ways to not only improve our solutions, but also the ways in which we go about servicing our clients. We listen to what our clients are looking for, and what the industry dictates and mold our services to best fit our client

WHO ARE THE BUSINESS PEOPLE, LOCALLY OR NATIONALLY, WHOM YOU ADMIRE? AND WHAT TRAITS DO THOSE PEOPLE EXHIBIT THAT MAKE YOU ADMIRE THEM? Roy Reiman, founder of Reiman Publications, and George Dalton, founder of Fiserv Inc. Roy Reiman was able to produce products his customers wanted and needed using unconventional, non-mainstream methods.  George Dalton had a vision and was able to create a fantastic organization with a strong, positive culture. Both men took very good care of their employees, and always gave back to their community.

WHAT IS THE OUTLOOK FOR THE BUSINESS CONDITIONS OF YOUR INDUSTRY OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL MONTHS? The outlook of our industry is good.   Companies are investing in the maintenance of their Information Technology (computer networks) proactively in order to keep their systems up and running properly.  Other organizations are working to become more efficient and to incorporate technology that makes it easier for their own customers to do business with them.
