Nick Keys, principal at Milwaukee-based The Dickman Co. Inc., has been working in industrial real estate in Wisconsin for the past nine years. He specializes in investment sales, value-add redevelopment, lease negotiation and property valuation.
In 2021, Keys closed 43 transactions, putting him on pace to reach a career total of 350 transactions and $400 million by volume, by the end of 2022.
“Nick quickly became an important part of our team after joining our company in 2013,” said Sam Dickman, chairman of The Dickman Co. Inc.
Dickman said Keys was offered a partnership both as a reward for his performance and to build upon the long-term strength of the company.
“Nick has a work ethic that blends very well with those in our organization,” he said.
In addition to his work, Keys is active in the community. He has been featured on real estate podcasts, public speaking events and currently sits on the board of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s Lubar School of Business Alumni Association.
