Richard Gebhart has joined R.A. Smith National, Brookfield, as a civil engineer in the municipal services division. Gebhart recently earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. His responsibilities are primarily focused on sanitary sewer flow monitoring which includes assistance in the collection of data, processing, GIS mapping and analysis, and the report preparation process. He has worked on projects for the cities of Appleton and Waukesha, among other municipal clients. Gebhart also has experience in providing construction observation, construction inspection and culvert inspection. R.A.
