Several small retail developments are in the works in Mequon
Les Moise Inc., a sporting goods retailers that specializes in skiing, tennis, snowboarding, in-line skating, and active wear, plans to build a 10,000-square-foot store on a 1-acre vacant lot at 10130 N. Port Washington Road. Les Moise currently has stores in Brookfield and Whitefish Bay.
Concord Development plans to build a 12,000-square-foot multi-tenant retail building at 11511-25 N. Port Washington Road. One of the tenants in the building will be a Taco Bell restaurant.
Milwaukee PC plans to build a 2,300-square-foot building at 10910 N. Port Washington Road. The store would replace Milwaukee PC’s store in a leased space at 10914 N. Port Washington Road.
