Retail building planned in Kenosha

Wilmette, Ill.-based Terraco Inc. plans to build a 10,498-square-foot multi-tenant retail building in the Kenosha Pointe development northeast of Green Bay Road and Washington Road in Kenosha. The building will be located just north of a CVS Pharmacy store.

The building will be occupied by a 4,000-square-foot Forward Dental clinic and a 1,500-square-foot Subway restaurant, said Andrew Prater of Mid-America Real Estate. Prater and Dan Rosenfeld of Mid-America are marketing the project for Terraco. There is still 5,000 square feet of space available in the building and some other retailers are considering that space, Prater said.

Groundbreaking is expected in October, Prater said.
