Lynn and Mike Bauman sold their Realty Executives Northwest Real Estate franchise to the owners of the Realty Executives Elite franchises in Hales Corners and Waterford.
Lynn and Mike Bauman announced Tuesday that they have sold their Realty Executives Northwest Real Estate franchise, located at N89 W16416 Main St., Menomonee Falls, to Bill and Cindy Prom, who are the owners of the Realty Executives Elite franchises in Hales Corners and Waterford.
Realty Executives Northwest was founded in 1998 by Lynn Bauman and her father, Richard Reed, a local residential real estate developer.
The Baumans said they wanted to sell the Realty Executives franchise to concentrate on their personal sales and other business ventures. They will continue as sales executives for Realty Executives Elite’s Menomonee Falls office.
