What are you working on? "I’m currently working on St. Mary’s – Felician Village, a 22-acre senior living facility in Manitowoc. Approximately 225,000 square feet of the existing structures will be removed and will be replaced with 125,000 square feet of new construction. The project will include new Community Based Residential Facilities (CBRF), Residential Care Apartment Complexes (RCAC), long-term care households, a rehabilitation center and a medical clinic."
How does the market look to you? "The market is very volatile, yet still open for opportunities. We all have to be work smarter and more efficient to take advantage of the small profits available in this tight market. Available financing will drive the market in the coming six months."
What was the best deal you’ve ever been involved in? "A $90 million development and construction of a Senior living project in Mexico, including CCRC, CBRF,RCAC AND SNIFF."
