How does the market look to you? "Very opportunistic. Retailers are continuing to expand throughout Wisconsin. Over the last few years we have seen an influx of new retail concepts come to the market, which is very exciting."
What was the best deal you’ve ever been involved in? "Winning the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin 2007 Retail Deal of the Year award for Village Square of Delafield."
What was the funniest moment of your career? "Last week I received a call from a gentleman who wanted to lease space for a ‘caskets and urns’ store. The funniest part about it is that my client is willing to do the deal."
